NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing before the County Commission of Jefferson County, West Virginia, will be held on December 15, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., for the purpose of considering the Petition filed by Gregory S. Byrne and Amy F. Byrne to close the unused alleyway lying between Blocks 5 and 6 of Trussell’s Addition in the Shepherdstown District, Jefferson County, West Virginia.
