NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO PURSUE GENERAL SEWER RATE INCREASE

LUBECK PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT

 

Notice is hereby given that Lubeck Public Service District (the âDistrictã), in order to pay the costs associated with increases related to general operation and maintenance, intends to pursue an increase in its current rates and charges for sewer service. The average monthly bill for the various classes of customers wilt change as follows:

The first reading of the Resolution the Districtás Public Service Board considering authorization of the increased sewer rates and charges is set for November 9, 2017, at 1:00 p.m., while the public hearing and second reading before the Districtás Public Service Board are set for November 30, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. The meetings will take place at the Districtás Office located at 301 Ox Johnson Lane, Washington, West Virginia. Any person interested may appear at the times and place set forth above and present comments.
