The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony.
It appearing by the Affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Barbara Ann Dennis are unknown, it is hereby ordered that Barbara Ann Dennis serve upon Gregory A. Bailey, Esq., Arnold & Bailey, PLLC, 208 N. George St, Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before September 26, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
