ORDER OF PUBLICATION CIRCUIT COURT OF RALEIGH COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: PETITION OF LEONARD PAUL ADKINS AND PATTY LYNN ADKINS FOR THE ADOPTION OF DANIEL DEWAYNE LESTER AND PEYTON OLIVIA CHAPMAN AND THAT THE NAME OF PEYTON OLIVIA CHAPMAN CHANGE TO PEYTON OLIVIA ADKINS CASE NO.: 16-A-76-K TO: Kathryn Lester It appearing to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, that a Petition has been filed requesting that the Circuit Court of Raleigh, West Virginia, sever the relationship heretofore existing between the natural grandmother of Daniel Dewayne Lester and Petyon Olivia Chapman and permit Leonard Paul Adkins and Patty Lynn Adkins to adopt Daniel Dewayne Lester and Petyon Olivia Chapman; further appearing that the whereabouts of the natural grandmother has not been established; it is ORDERED that the natural grandmother shall appear in the Office of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on or before the 4th day of January, 2017, at 2:00 a.m. and object or make other defense to the Petition, if he so desires, otherwise the paternal rights of said natural grandmother of Daniel Dewayne Lester and Petyon Olivia Chapman shall be terminated.
