Notice is hereby given pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 56-3-23 et seq., and Rule 4 of the West Virginia Rules of Criminal Procedure that a Complaint in the above-captioned matter has been filed in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia. Notice is further given that these unknown parties shall appear within thirty days (30) after the date of the first publication and Answer this Complaint to protect his interests. The object of this suit is to enjoin a nuisance from lots 5 and 6 of Shannondale, Kabletown District, Jefferson County, West Virginia. A preliminary and permanent injunction enjoining the Defendant from maintaining the trees in their present condition; general damages in the amount of $10,000.00; punitive damages; attorney’s fees and court costs and any other and further relief that the Court considers proper.
A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, 119 N. George St., Charles Town, West Virginia.
Failure to respond to this notice could result in possible loss of rights to this property.
