Upon the 1st day of December, 2016 came the Petitioners, Paul and Christina Bourg, by counsel James T. Kratovil with their petition of adoption of Angel Rhiannon O’Toole and change of name to Harper Lee Bourg and needs the Court to schedule a hearing on their petition.
Upon consideration of all of which the Court is of the opinion to and does accordingly ORDER that a hearing beheld on the Petitioners’ Petition on the 30th day of January 2017 at the hour of 1:00 o’clock p.m. in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia.
