The object of this suit is to obtain Support and/or Custodial Responsibility.
It appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Johnte Anthony Fitzhugh are unknown; it is hereby ordered that Brandon Rutherford serve upon Jefferson County Circuit Clerk, PO Box 1234, Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 19, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
