The object of this suit is to obtain an Order for Custodial Responsibility and Support of a Child.

It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that Viviana Valencia, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Viviana Valencia, serve upon Cinda L. Scales, attorney, whose address is 314 West John Street, Martinsburg, WV 25401, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before March 15, 2017. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
Please take notice that on Monday, the 27th day of March, 2017, at 11:30 a.m., a hearing will be held on the Petition for Modification. This hearing will be held before the Honorable David P. Greenberg, Family Court Judge, in the Jefferson County Family Court, 119 North George Street, Charles Town, West Virignia. You are hereby notified to appear and defend any rights you may have at this hearing.
