The object of the above-styled action is to modify the prior Order of the Court and parenting plan.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of the above named Petitioner, Charles Matthews, are unknown and/or that such individual or entity is a nonresident of the State of West Virginia, and the Respondent having made diligent efforts to locate said Petitioner without effect, it is accordingly ORDERED that he do appear and serve upon Leslie L. Maze, Attorney At Law, whose address is P.O. Box 279, Elizabeth, West Virginia, 26143, an Answer or other response to the Petition for Modification filed in this action within thirty days of the date of the first publication of this notice. Otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against the Defendant at any time thereafter.
A copy of said Petition for Modification can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in the Wood County Judicial Building in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
