The object of this suit is to establish Divorce Without Children.
It appearing in this action that the whereabouts of Steven Eugene Jenkins are unknown, it is hereby ordered that Steven Eugene Jenkins serve upon Amanda Faye Jenkins, 400 East Liberty Street, Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 30, 2017. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
