It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the address of Jonathan Hitchner is unknown to the Petitioner at this time, it is hereby ordered that Jonathan Hitchner serve upon Chasiti Wotring, Petitioner, whose address is 6684 Carpers Pike, Yellow Springs, WV 26865, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before November 13, 2017. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
