On or about July 19, 2017, B.B.S., the above-named child, and January 20, 2016, S.C., the above-named child, was born to ANDREA SEES. It appearing that the Mother, ANDREA SEES, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the NOVEMBER 27, 2017, at the hour of 10:30 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, ANDREA SEES, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JEFFREY DYE, ATTORNEY AT LAW, P.O. BOX 52, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 919-7709.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, ANDREA SEES, with respect of the above-named children, B.B.S. and S.C.
A copy of the Petition may be obtained by the Mother, from the undersigned Clerk at the office, located at the Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
