The object of this suit is to obtain child support and/or allocation of custodial responsibility.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Ivan P. Stahnke is a nonresident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Ivan P. Stahnke serve upon Elizabeth A. Stahnke, Petitioner, whose address is 64 Riverview Dr. #4, Augusta, WV 26704, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before January 3, 2018. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
