It is hereby ordered that ASHLEY NICOLE NASH, Respondent, serve upon COY WADE GOFF, Petitioner, by serving COY WADE GOFF, 111 S. EISENHOWER DRIVE, BECKLEY, WV 25801, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JANUARY 8, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
