The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony between the Petitioner and the Respondent and to award custody and custodial responsibility of the minor child of the parties.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Respondent, Mikael Wills, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia and that said Respondent has no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney-in-fact in the State of West Virginia upon whom service may be had.
It is ORDERED that the Respondent, JEFFREY R. WALLESHAUSER, do serve upon ANGELA BRUNICARDI- DOSS, Petitionerás Attorney, whose address is 1130 Market Street, P. 0. Box 143, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26102, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action within 30 days, otherwise the prayer of said Petition will be granted. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office at Wood County Judicial Annex, Two Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
