On or about May 27, 2009, R.H., and on or about August 30, 2007, K.H., the above-named children was born to LAURA BARKER. It appearing that the Father, KENNETH HUTSON, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the FEBRUARY 14, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, KENNETH HUTSON, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, COURTNEY AHLBORN, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 2302 CAMDEN AVENUE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 893-9898.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, KENNETH HUTSON, with respect of the above-named children, R.H. and K.H.
