It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that DAVID CHRISTOPHER SMITH is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that DAVID CHRISTOPHER SMITH, Respondent, serve upon NICOLE LYANN SMITH, Petitioner, by serving NICOLE LYANN SMITH, 4006 9TH AVENUE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MARCH 29, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
