It is hereby ordered that DENNA MARIE LOTT, Respondent, serve upon RICHARD RAY CARPENTER, JR, Petitioner, by serving RICHARD RAY CARPENTER, JR, 607 PUTNAM STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before APRIL 6, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
