It is hereby ordered that JASON WADE BREEDEN, Respondent, serve upon TAMARA LEA BREEDEN, Petitioner, by serving TAMARA LEA BREEDEN, 611 FLORENCE STREET, BELPRE, OH 45714, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before APRIL 9, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
