It appearing that the Father, WILLIAM CUNNINGHAM, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the MAY 21, 2018, at the hour of 2:30 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, WILLIAM CUNNINGHAM, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, COURTNEY AHLBORN, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 2302 CAMDEN AVENUE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 893-9898.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, WILLIAM CUNNINGHAM, with respect of the above-named child, D.C.
