It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Rodney Blackmon is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Rodney Blackmon appear at the hearing set in this matter on February 23, 2015, at 2:45 p.m., of said day, in the Courtroom of the Circuit Court of Ritchie County at Harrisville. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
