PUBLIC HEARING
TO: CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF FAIRMONT:
Please take notice that the Planning Commission for the City of Fairmont will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the City of Fairmont Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, Fairmont, WV, on the following items:
• The application dated November 4, 2016 filed by Mitch Wood, Christina Flowers, Travis Michael and Scott Six requesting a rezone of that certain parcel of real located at 814 ? Ridgely Avenue, in the City of Fairmont, Fairmont District, Marion County, West Virginia, and being Parcel 54 of Marion County Tax Map 03-26, from Neighborhood Residential to Main Corridor Commercial to accommodate the proposed development of said property for commercial purposes.
Any interested person may appear at the public hearing and be heard on the matter.
Following the public hearing, the Commission shall take such action as it deems necessary in the premises.
