Please take notice that on the 18th day of February, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Dennis James Gump, for the following variances: (1) From Sectoion 4.11: To increase the allowed number of accessory buildings from 2 to 3; (2) To increase the percentage of accessory buildings to principal from 50{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} to 91{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}; and (3) To increase the allowed height of an accessory building from 15′ to 17’6″. Purpose of Request: To construct a two-story garage.
