Please take notice that on the 18th day of February, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Richard Davis, for a variance from Schedule 4-A: To reduce the side yard setback in the R-3 district from 3′ to 0′. Purpose of Request: To construct an addition.
