Notice of Intent for Project-Based Vouchers RFP

Notice is provided to interested parties that the Fairmont Morgantown Housing Authority (FMHA) will be soliciting proposals from developers/owners interested in having project-based vouchers assigned to new construction, existing or rehabilitated properties to serve low income families in Marion County. Approximately five (5) vouchers will be made available (maximum of 5 for new construction or 5 for existing or rehab units). A copy of the RFP may be obtained at FMHA’s administrative offices at 103 12th St., Fairmont, WV 26554, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or at www.fmhousing.com beginning May 4th, 2016. Proposals will be due by the close of business on Monday, May 16th, 2016.
