Natural children of AMANDA KILLEEN.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights of AMANDA KILLEEN, biological mother and primary custodian of infants G.J., Jr., whose date of birth is December 30, 2008 and L.J, whose date of birth is August 3, 2012.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that AMANDA KILLEEN, biological mother and primary custodian of infants G.J., Jr., whose date of birth is December 30, 2008 and L.J, whose date of birth is August 3, 2012, has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants G.J., Jr., whose date of birth is December 30, 2008 and L.J, whose date of birth is August 3, 2012. It is ORDERED that AMANDA KILLEEN is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and she is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 5th day of October, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defense to the Petition; otherwise, parental rights of AMANDA KILLEEN, biological mother and primary custodian of infants G.J., Jr., whose date of birth is December 30, 2008 and L.J, whose date of birth is August 3, 2012, may be terminated.
