Gardill, whose address is 1025 Main Street Suite 716 Wheeling WV 26003, an Answer, including his contact information, on or before October 7, 2016. James P.E. Sacco is also hereby Ordered to appear at the Hearing on permanent guardianship arrangement on Wednesday, October 12, 2016, commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the Ohio County Courthouse, located at 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia, 26003. If you fail to Answer or appear for the Hearing, judgement may be taken against you for relief demanded in the Petition.
