PUBLIC NOTICE
On October 20, 2016, an Application was filed with the Federal Communications Commission seeking consent to the Assignment of Broadcast License of Radio Stations WZST (FM), WRLF (FM), WTCS (AM) and WMMN (AM), Westover/Fairmont, West Virginia from Spectrum Radio Fairmont, LLC to LHTC Media of West Virginia, Inc.
WZST (FM) operates on an assigned frequency of 100.9 MHz, with an effective radiated power of 3 kW; WRLF (FM) operates on an assigned frequency of 94.3 MHz, with an effective radiated power of 3.6 kW; WTCS (AM) operates on an assigned frequency of 1490 KHz, with an effective radiated power of 1 kW and WMMN (AM) operates on an assigned frequency of 920 KHz, with an effective radiated power of 5 kW day and 200 watts night.
The Members who hold ten percent interest or more interest in Spectrum Radio Fairmont LLC are Alan Michaels, Robert Woodward and WVJIT. The Officer, Director and Shareholder who holds ten percent or more interest of LHTC Media of West Virginia, Inc. is Laurel Highland Total Communications, Inc, which Officers, Directors and Shareholders are Morgan D. Withrow, J. Harold Saylor, Connie B. Beam, Dennis Piper, John E. Shaffer, and James J. Kail.
