PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that on the 14th day of November 2016 at 5:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers – Room 103 – 1st Floor, City-County Building, Wheeling, West Virginia, the Planning Commission will meet to consider a change of zoning classification of the following described area of the City of Wheeling from I-2 General Industrial to C-2 General Commercial.
DESCRIPTION
The following tract of land situate on the easterly side of Wood Street at its intersection with 31st Street, City of Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, comprising all of Parcels 350, 367 and 368 as shown on the Assessor’s Map WH 72:
Being a part of Parcel 1 and all of Parcel 2, (Tract 1 and Tract 2), that was conveyed by McMORROW LaBELLE LLC, to CCI Park II LLC, by deed dated March 30, 2012 and recorded in said County Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 836, at page 191.
