REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS
Oglebay Resort and the Wheeling Park Commission will solicit proposals from qualified installers to provide all work, including site visits, layout, engineering, material selection, fabrication, labor, material, and equipment for:
Oglebay Tennis Courts 4&5 Installation
The Wheeling Park Commission is requesting proposals to undertake the removal of existing Har-Tru Tennis Courts #4 and #5 and subsequent replacement of both with a turn key hard court system including concrete knee wall if necessary, drainage piping as required, sub-surface systems, approved asphalt or post tensioned concrete surface system and a rubberized coating system. Fencing and lighting will also be considered as alternates within the project.

Only those installers who have visited the site will be eligible to have their proposals considered.
Proposals will be received by the Wheeling Park Commission until 2:00 pm, on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 and may be mailed to:

The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Main Office/Visitor’s Center at that time.
The Wheeling Park Commission reserves the right to delete any or all portions of the proposals, waive any informalities or minor defects, and reject any or all proposals.
