It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that GUNNER LASORE could not be found in or is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, he/she is hereby notified of the above-referenced pending action, a copy of which may be obtained from the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ritchie County, West Virginia, located at the Ritchie County Courthouse, 115 East Main Street, Room 301, Harrisville, WV 26362.
GUNNER LASHORE is hereby notified that he/she has thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this Order to file an Answer with the Circuit Court of Ritchie County. If you fail to do so, upon hearing set for Wednesday, the 14th day of December, 2016, at 1:00pm, to be held in the Circuit Court of Ritchie County, West Virginia, at the RITCHIE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 115 East Main Street, Room 301, Harrisville, WV 26362, before the Honorable Timothy L. Sweeney, Judge of the Third Judicial Cicuit, the relief sought in the “Petition for Appointment of Guardian” may be granted.
