Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 7:00 pm in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1:  The Board will consider the request and app-lication of Pride Shaluta for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance.  The appellant re-quest a special excep-tion to allow a garage apartment/a second primary residence to be placed on the lot.  The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Lewisburg (09) district, described in Deed Book 327, on Page 462, on Tax Map 23B as Parcel 30.
