REQUEST FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003, until Monday, December 5, 2016 at 12:00 noon at which time they will be opened and read aloud, for the following: one hundred (100) Self Contained Breathing Apparatuses (SCBAs). Specifications may be obtained by calling the Ohio County Commission office at (304) 234-3628, or via email to:
rarchey@
ohiocountywv.gov.
Sealed envelopes containing bids should clearly state as follows: “Ohio County SCBA Bid.”
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after closing time.
