NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR LEASE
AGREEMENT
Please take notice that the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on the request by Ohio Valley Peace, a not-for-profit corporation, to lease municipally – owned real property and improvements comprising the former repeater radio system of the city in the area known as Grandview, for the purpose of operating a public affairs broadcasting facility. The information regarding the proposed lease agreements are available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours. The public hearing will be held in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV, beginning at 12:00 on December 6, 2016, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.
