NOTICE is given: That the object of the above-entitled action is to QUIET TITLE to real estate located at 3 Laurelwood Estates, Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia and which property is more specifically described as follows:
The following tract of land situate on the easterly side of an unnamed right of way or roadway forty (40) feet wide, Richland- Washington District, (formerly Richland District), Ohio County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the westerly line of the 149 acre, 1 rood and 2 pole tract which was conveyed by Absalon J. Ridgely and Elizabeth Ridgely to Eugene M. Ridgely and Holmes K. Ridgely by Deed dated October 7, 1879 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 78, at Page 380, at its intersection with the division line between Lots No. 2 and 3, said beginning point being located N. 37* 13′ W. 200 and 2/10 feet from the most southerly corner of the said 149 acre, 1 rood, and 2 pole tract; thence from said beginning point and with said division line between Lots No. 2 and 3, S. 50* 11′ W. 131 and 14/100 feet to a point; thence crossing through said Lot No. 3 West 68 and 41/100 feet to a point in the easterly line of a right of way or roadway forty (40) feet wide; thence with same the following two (2) courses and distances: with a curve to the right having a radius of 140 feet for an arc distance of 66 and 48/100 feet, the chord bearing and distance for said arc being, N. 23* 36′ 56″ W. 65 and 86/100 feet to a point; thence N. 37* 13′ W. 59 and 49/1000 feet to a point in the division line between Lots No. 3 and 4; thence with said division line N. 52* 47′ E. 170 feet to a point in said westerly line of said 149 acre, 1 rood and 2 pole tract; thence S. 37* 13′ E. 158 and 92/100 feet to the place of beginning, containing by prior survey made by Stegman & Schellhase, Inc., Civil Engineers and Surveyors, Six Hundred Sixty-six Thousandths (666/1000) acres, more or less, but by recent survey of Stegman & Schellhase, Inc., Sixty-three One Hundredths (63/100) acres, more or less.

NOTICE is further given: that Patrick J. McDermott of 53 Washington Avenue, Wheeling, West Virginia is the attorney for the plaintiffs; that a copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia; and that each named and unknown defendant must appear and defend on or before the 3rd day of January, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. before the Honorable James P. Mazzone, Judge, at his Courtroom at the Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia; otherwise, judgment by default may be rendered against the defendants at any time thereafter.
