Please take notice that on the 15th day of December, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Danny Popp, DDP & Associates, for a variance (1) From 9.01.C.1: To allow parking in front yard setback and (2) From 9.01.D: To reduce the required stacking space from 100′ to 80′. Purpose of Request: To construct new convenient store with drive thru.
The property is described as follows:

South ½ of Lot 8, Square 16 and North ½ of Lot 2 in Square 17 in Caldwell’s Addition to the City of Wheeling.

More commonly known as 28th & Jacob Streets.
