REQUEST FOR BIDS
Ohio County Development Authority is accepting bids for the following project:
OCDA Project #: WH003-0001 “35,000 SF Warehouse and Office Facility”
Bid Package #4 – Plumbing
Bid Package #5 – HVAC
Bid Package #6 – Fire Sprinkler System
Bid Package #7 – Electrical and Fire Alarm
Sealed bids will be received until Thursday, December 22, 2016, at 1:00PM/EST at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Copies of plans, specifications and proposal forms can be obtained from: the architect, Greco Madama Joint Venture, 57 14th Street, Wheeling, WV 26003; Builders Exchange, 1813 North Franklin Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15233; Project Best, 21 Armory Drive, Wheeling, WV 26003; or Ohio Valley Construction Employer’s Council, 329 N 4th Street, Steubenville, OH 43952. All bids are to be sealed and addressed to Ohio County Development Authority, 546 Cabela Drive, Triadelphia, WV 26059, and noted on the envelope as a bid for: OCDA Project #: WH003-0001 “35,000 SF Warehouse and Office Facility”, with the appropriate bid package name and number. A satisfactory bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of each bid is required. OCDA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its sole discretion. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 1:00PM/EST at The Highlands Event Center, 355 Wharton Circle, Suite 227, Triadelphia, WV 26059.
