Please take notice that on the 9th day of January 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers – Room 103 – 1st Floor, City-County Building, Wheeling, West Virginia, the Planning Commission will meet to consider a proposed minor subdivision from The Woda Group, Inc. of a 4 and 328/1000 acre tract of land now owned by CCI Park II LLC situate on the easterly side of Wood Street, City of Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, comprising all of Parcels 350, 367 and 368 as shown on the Assessor’s Map WH 72.
