PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of White Sulphur Springs will conduct a variance on Thursday, December 28, 2017, at 6:00 PM, in Council Chambers at White Sulphur Springs City Hall. The purpose of this variance will be to hear the request of Wallace & Wallace Inc., 175 Mountain Avenue, to install a sign at Mountain Avenue/Rt. 60 intersection.. The sign permit was denied due to off premise location per zoning officer. The public is encouraged and invited to attend.
