GREENBRIER COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION
In accordance with West Virginia Code ยง 8A-7-8, the Greenbrier County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:00pm on February 7, 2018 in the Greenbrier County Courthouse located at 912 Court Street North in Lewisburg, West Virginia to determine the rezoning request by JOI properties to the County Commission. The property is located at 30626 Midland Trail East, Lewisburg and is currently zoned Forest Recreation. Public comments may be made during the public hearing, and written comments will also be accepted if received by the Planning Commission prior to the close of the public hearing. Written comments may be mailed to: Greenbrier County Planning Commission, 912 Court Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
Copies of the application are available for review in the Greenbrier County Planning Department (located in the Courthouse), prior to February 7, 2018.
