Notice of Intent to File Application for License to Manufacture and Produce Alcoholic Liquors-Distillery
Pursuant to WV, Code § 60-4-10, Smooth Ambler Spirits Co., a West Virginia Corporation, hereby gives notice of its intent to file with the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration an application to operate a distillery located at 745 Industrial Park Road, Maxwelton, West Virginia. The application shall be filed with the Commissioner of the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration, not more than thirty days nor less than ten days from the publication of the notice.
