REQUEST FOR BIDS Greenbrier County Homeland Security and Emergency Management (GCHSEM) is seeking sealed bids for radio communications equipment and accessories. All bids must be sent or delivered in a sealed envelope to the following address and received by the listed date and time. The GCHSEM will not be responsible for bids that are not received by the deadline; late proposals will not be accepted.
