REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority is soliciting sealed bids for a complete office remodel at Greenbrier Recycle Center, 450 Monroe Ave, Ronceverte, WV 24970. Bids must be received no later than 2 PM December 2, 2016.
Bid shall meet the following at a minimum:
1. Ceramic Tile floors for two offices and bathrooms. Rooms are approx. 19′ X 20′, 12′ X 12′, 5′ X 7′ & 6′ X 7′.
2. Drop ceiling with lights.
3. Redo wiring as required and replace all switches and outlets.
4. Replace 4 doors, one shall have a window.
5. Install shelf to hold security system.
6. Install one window that we have already purchased.
7. Install drywall and paint.
8. Insulate walls.
9. Install all necessary trim.
10. Build new divider wall with door.
11. Install new baseboard heat.
12. All other items needed to complete office.

Bid shall include the following:
1. Warranty Detail.
2. Manufacturers Sales Literature.
3. Delivery Date.
4. Payment Schedule.
5. A separate page detailing any items that do not meet minimum requirements.
