The Philippi Public Library will accept sealed bids for the following
1) The removal and replacement of two (2) existing natural gas, forced air gas furnaces and two (2) outdoor air conditioning units
2) The repair and replacement of the roof at the Philippi Public Library, 91 South Main Street, in Philippi, West Virginia.
Bids will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, and at that time will be opened and read aloud.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at 91 South Main Street, Philippi, West Virginia, on Thursday, June 9, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. Attendance is mandatory.
