FOOD SERVICE CONCESSION
AT NORTH CENTRAL
WV AIRPORT
TERMINAL
BUILDING
BRIDGEPORT, WEST VIRGINIA
Sealed proposals are requested for the utilization of space an equipment at the Benedum Airport Authority’s Terminal Building to provide a restaurant and food service concession. Proposals should include a detailed description of the proposed services to be provided, together with the qualifications, experience and financial stability of the proposer, together with a statement of the fees to be paid to Benedum Airport authority for the use of space and equipment.
Proposals will be received at the office of the Airport Manager, Benedum Airport authority, 2000 Aviation Way, Terminal Building, North Central WV Airport, Bridgeport, West Virginia, 26330, telephone (304)842-3400 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 P.M.EST, Wednesday, December 14,2016
The Benedum Airport Authority’s Restaurant Committee will publicly open and read proposals on December 14, 2016 at the Office of the Airport Director.
Recommendations will be presented to the Board during the meeting thereof scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on December 21, 2016. Proposals will be evaluated by (1) the amount of proposed fees to be paid, (2) the anticipated quality of the services to be provided, (3) prior comparable and related performance record of the proposer, (4) the financial capabilities of the proposer, (5) proposed hours of operation and (6) any other related factors.
Anyone wishing to make a proposal may examine the premises and the required lease and concession agreement by contacting the Airport Director’s office.
Benedum Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposal received, whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the Authority.
