NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Pursuant to the authority vested by Deed of Trust dated 18th day of April, 2006, Kenneth D. Toler, Grantor, to Philip Andrew Vallandingham and Samuel Vallandingham, Trustees, which said Deed of Trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 2077 beginning at page 421, and the undersigned, Daniel T Yon and Melissa Eakle Leasure, substituted Trustees, by Substitution of Trustees of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 384 at page 175, having been requested to do so by the Lender, and default having been made under the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the provisions of said Deed of Trust concerning acceleration having been complied with by the Lender and present holder of the note, said substituted Trustees shall sell at public auction on October 15, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the front steps of the courthouse of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following real estate particularly described as follows: PARCEL N0. 1: That certain piece or parcel of land situate in Barboursville District, Cabell County, West Virginia, and being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete monument at the S.E. corner of that certain lot titled Wm. and M. Blankenship as shown on recorded plat in M. B. 9, Map 29; thence from said beginning N. 2 49′ E. 180.78 feet to a concrete monument at the N.E. corner of said Blankenship lot; thence N. 77 14′ E. 47.41 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 5 50′ E. 115.95 feet to an iron pipe;. thence S. 8 00′ W. 67.47 feet to an iron pipe; thence 81 14′ W. 58.20 feet to the place of BEGINNING, containing 0.24 acres more or less; SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to a 10 foot sewer easement as shown on aforesaid map. Craddock lands; thence leaving said Linville line following said Craddock line N. 8 46′ W. 160.1 feet to a common corner or Henry L. and Patricia King lands; thence following said King line N. 77 14′ E. 121.4 feet to an iron pipe; thence leaving said King line and following said Craddock line S. 2 49′ E. 180.78 feet to a common corner of Wilson Linville lands; thence following said Linville line S. 81 14′ W. 85.1 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 0.41 acre, more or less.
