PUBLIC NOTICE CO-LOCATION OF Telecommunication ANTENNAE ON A ROOFTOP Ntelos is providing notice of its intent to construct and operate antennae atop an existing building pursuant to Federal Communication Commission’s Co-Location Programmatic Agreement. The Lewpole Company building (also known as the Liggett & Myers Tobacco Company building) is on 27th Street in Huntington, WV (38-26-2.08N and 82-24-29.34W). The building is 65 feet tall with the top of the antennae at 73 feet. The antennae will remain a gray matte color to blend into the skyline and the cable runs along the building’s side will be painted to blend into the building.
