Request for Qualified Bidders University Extension Service Provider The Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority, a public corporation in the State of West Virginia, is seeking qualified bids for the purpose of providing a higher education affiliated economic and community development contract professional for the Authority to work with Entrepreneurs and other development initiatives surrounding the trail system. The Authority request a formal bid be submitted outlining the financial contribution of the Authority and other necessary services or facilities required by the vendor, the contract period will be for one year starting January 1, 2016 and ending December 31, 2016. The position should be a full time position that works within the Authorities office located in Lyburn, West Virginia. The person will work with staff and other economic development agencies in Southern West Virginia to carry out the duties of economic development, community development, workforce training, business training and tourism marketing. The bid should include, Name of Service Provider, Higher Education Institution which they are affiliated, Contact person for bid including name, title, address and phone number. The bid should clearly show the financial and non-financial contributions to be paid by the Authority.
