Summers, Trustee, certain real property described in said deed of trust; and the beneficiary has elected to appoint Terra Abstract Trustee West Virginia Inc. as substitute Trustees by a Substitution of Trustee recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office; and default having been made under the aforementioned deed of trust and the undersigned Trustees, having been instructed by the secured party to foreclose thereunder, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Fayette County Courthouse, 100 Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840 on: October 24, 2016 At 4:00 PM Situate in Valley District, Fayette County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at an iron pin on the eastern right of way and 30.0 feet from the center of the W. VA. State Road No. 61; thence along with said right of way parallel with and 30.0 feet from the center line of State Route No. 61 N. 0 degrees 35′ W. 342.64 feet to an iron pin; thence, leaving said State Road right of way and running uphill S. 74 degrees 38′ E. 198.34 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 0 degrees 35′ E. 342.64 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 74 degrees 38′ W. passing a set stone at 86.12 feet, corner to land conveyed to Gwendolyn Thurmond and continuing with the lands conveyed to Gwendolyn K. Thurmond and passing a stake corner at 188.42 feet, and leaving Gwendolyn K. Thurmond and running 198.34 feet to the beginning, and containing 1.50 acres, more or less.
