Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 7:00 pm in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Michael & Genette Hill for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a special exception to allow for more than one residential structure on the lot to be used by the owner for noncommercial use. The subject property is zoned Forest Recreation, located in the Fort Springs (06) district, described in Deed Book 428, on Page 462, on Tax Map 19 as Parcel 1.
